Instructions

  • Cook the thawed spinach separately and set aside.
  • In a heated pan, add oil and saute the onions until golden brown.
  • Add tomato paste and a few drops of water so they blend well.
  • Add MERSIN VEGETABLE SPICE MIX as needed.
  • Mix in the cooked spinach and sprinkle salt as needed.
  • Mix well and remove from heat.
  • To Assemble the Rolls -
  • Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
  • Spread the filling evenly all over MERSIN TORTILLA, sprinkle MERSIN
  • SHREDDED MOZZARELLA as needed.
  • Roll the MERSIN TORTILLA like a carpet. Slice 1 inch pieces and arrange on a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 10 min until the cheese melts and MERSIN TORTILLA crisp up.
  • Remove and serve them immediately

  • MERSIN SHREDDED MOZZARELLA  about 1/4 cup
  • Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
