Preparation

  • Roast the grounded meat with olive oil.
  • Put in order of, onion, pepper, red pepper, tomatoes, MERSIN SEA SALT and MERSIN STEAK SPICE BLEND
  • Heat MERSIN TORTILLA on teflon pan.
  • Put roasted grounded meat in the middle of MERSIN TORTILLA and roll it.
  • You can either add MERSIN SHREDDED MOZZARELLA on the rolls on inside the rolls if  you like.
  • Leave the tortillas inside the oven untill Mozarrella’s get melted.
  • Now that, MERSIN TORTILLA’s are ready to serve with some tomatoes, parsley in side.

  • 4 pcs MERSIN TORTILLA
  • 150 gr Grounded Meat
  • 1 pcs Onion
  • 2 pcs Pepper
  • 1 pcs Tomatoes
  • 1 desert spoon  Red Pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoon Oliveoil
  • MERSIN STEAK SPICE BLEND
  • MERSIN SEA SALT
  • 1 cup of MERSIN SHREDDED MOZZARELLA
  • Tomatoes, Parsley
